WARNING : these cloths are only steam activated, or they wont work!
because it is misleading as a product and only works when steam activated in the shower, i give it lowest ratings...but works amazing in the shower, for what it's worth. I will repurchase...however this product is overpackaged (does not need the extra box on the outside)...update so I have changed the rating because I think they work great so long as you use them in the shower they lather so nice, it is gentle enough to lather your face with for several minutes...

UPDATE : what I have found is that these are breaking me out and irritating my skin. They are just exasterbating my adult acne, not giving me clear skin (which we all want, right guys??) they do NOT have to be used in the shower but a CERTAIN way. You need to fold it over into 1/4 of the size and when it is that small square size, run it over the corner with a bit of warm water then work the lather out in your habd BEFORE you work it on your face. You need to do one side, then the other side and repeat when you are working it in your face because the cream comes out in both sides. These are so COMPLICATED to use and I have WASTED many because if you dont get the lather, they are worthless things, not only that they are hell on a cloth because my skin did not like what it did to it at all and broke me out even more than it needed to be, like I said. It does nothing to your skin except FEEL good and not irritate the eyes, but dont let that fool you

I love these, I got them from a friend and I'm so happy. They clean everything off your face without being harsh. I feel so clean after.EDIT: these seem to have a wired smell to them and I think there a little harsh

I love these. I'm not happy at all to hear that they are being discontinued. I've been using these for a few years now, and I love how easily they remove my makeup at the end of the day and that my face actually feels clean. So easy for travel as well. It's going to be hard for me to find something to replace these with, they are a staple of my daily routine.

I switched to these when Olay Daily Facials changed formulas on their combination/oily cloths and I broke out like crazy.
They're very foamy; depending on how much makeup I wore that day, these can be cut in half. A half won't take off a heavy mascara day.
Unfortunately, they seem to be disappearing quickly. I believe they may be discontinued. Ulta, Amazon, Walmart are out. I've written to Dove to ask. Now I have to find yet another facial cleanser.

I love Dove stuffs! This is for my lazy days and travel. Convenient, huge, lathers really well and am able to scrub my face quite well since it's a cloth. Smells great too! Only reason why I don't use it daily is because I'm staying in Singapore and have to ship them over from States. The waiting is agony. I really love this.

These cloths did not agree with my sensitive skin which is currently on retinoids. The moment I washed once, my skin felt tight and got red. I am back to my MAC cleanse off oil which is really the best cleanser for sensitive skins.

These facial cloths are great for sensitive skin, and I always keep a pack in my travel bag. I love the fact that they are not pre-moistened, large in size, great for removing mascara, and there is absolutely no possible mess, spillage, etc. in your suitcase. I will purchase this product again...

This works great along with my Dove moisturizer for sensitive skin. The cloths are so packed with product that I too cut them up in halves and quarters (depending on how much lather I want that day). So with one box (that is usually on sale!) you can get up to 60-120 uses.
I cleanse my face at the end of the day, in the morning I just rinse my face to balance the ph and moisturize. With weekly exfoliating, this keeps my face clear of dry patches, and is clearly HG status.
Great for sensitive skin, really takes off make-up and doesn't dry you out. I highly recommend this product :)

These cloths are great for traveling! They cleanse thoroughly and gently. Sooo easy to pack a few in a zip lock bag and know you have a reliable, non-liquid cleanser.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It cleanses removing makeup but not harsh on the skin. I have very sensitive and acne prone skin - this helped clear my skin. I wouldn't recommend using on a daily basis because you shouldn't exfoliate everyday. I paired it with the dove sensitive skin foaming cleanser.

Perfect for removing makeup, including eye makeup, though not so great for waterproof mascara. I ran out of eye mu remover & had these on hand. They were wonderful for the eyeshadow that wasn't waterproof, but I had to really scrub to remove the wp mascara. So if you don't wear mascara that's waterproof, you're in luck. They also left my face feeling very clean. A lot of the "wet" cloths feel like you've just move the makeup to a different spot on your face. A real bonus? They DO NOT burn the eyes!! And I have a big problem w/ that usually. continued >>

I love these cleansing cloths. I much prefer them over any other cleanser I have tried so far. They get off makeup and dirt very easily and quickly without any irritaiton to my skin. The individual cloths are quite large. I would recommend cutting them in half to get more uses out of them.

So far my favorite cleansing cloth. The cloths are the biggest I've seen yet and have tons of cleanser in them so it's actually easy to save money with them by cutting them in half. In fact I feel like I have to cut them in half because they do have so much cleanser and there's no way I could use all the cleanser in a whole cloth (not unless I was going to use the cloth to wash maybe my whole body and not just my face). Unlike Olay cloths these don't dry my skin in the slightest and afterward my skin feels completely clean and comfortable. I haven't had any sensitivity issues with these cloths like I do with The Body Shop's Vitamin E facial wipes (although in the spirit of full disclosure I don't usually have sensitive skin) . On top of that these cloths are usually at least .50 cents cheaper than Olay ones at my drugstore. So in summary you get cloths that are cheaper than Olay's, bigger than Olay's cloths, have more cleanser in them than Olay's cloths, and are less drying than Olay's cloths. If you have normal to dry skin and wanted to try cleansing cloths Dove's are the way to go.

these are AMAZING! I have acne prone skin, Im in my late-20s, my skin is normally dry, but with a shiny t-zone. these cleansing cloths are so perfect. I tried the regular dove bar soap for sensitive skin, but that broke me out. these cleansing cloths have much different ingredients than the bar soap though.

    Ingredients:
Water, Glycerin, Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Silicone Quaternium 8, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Polyquaternium 10, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Retinyl Palmitate, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Extract, Polyquaternium 4, Triethyl Citrate, Pentadecalactone, Tetrahydrogeraniol-3, 7 Dimethyloctanol, Methylbenzodioxepinone, 2, 6 Dimethyl 7 Octen 2 Ol, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate

these cleansing cloths foam up immediately with water and produce rich creamy suds. I got the soap in my eye, but it never stung, and my eyes are very sensitive. the cloth is the perfect roughness... its very gentle like a baby washcloth. the cleanser takes off makeup perfectly. It doesnt leave my skin feeling dry or tight, and yet rinses off completely clean. Sometimes I'll follow with Olay Complete SPF 15 for sensitive skin. these two products have evened out my skin and calmed it down so my blemishes can heal. this has never clogged my pores either. $6 for a box of 30 large cloths. I cut them in half, since the half is more than enough! Definitely repurchasing.

UPDATE: after about a week or two of using these AM and PM, my skin became very sensitive and raw feeling! and my skin is normally not very sensitive. hmmmph. too bad. wont be repurchasing. they are good though for an over night trip if you dont want to lug around bottled cleansers. continued >>

First off, I love love love DOVE...
BUT this facial cleanser isn't a good match for me. It's great that it lathers very well, and the texture is so-so... however, after I rinse, my entire face feels like its been tightened ESPECIALLY my forehead area. It leaves a smooth fresh face. Its the tightening part that pulls me away from it... I will not re-purchase.

it seems to be good for the first 10 times and then after that it leaves my face red, hurt, burning sensation. Too harsh for my sensitive skin

Fabulous little cloths! I think they may have changed the cloth itself as the texture seems different but better. They foam up easily and get off the most stubborn eye makeup without leaving my face scrubbed raw. Just enough exfoliation for me so that I don't have to use scrubs or AHA/BHA lotions.

It takes off ALL my eye makeup without drying or irritation-even waterproof mascara. So convenient and affordable at Costco.
Be careful with the last few sheets-may dry out if the seal is not shut properly.
    Would continuously repurchase.

these are wonderful. in one step they cleanse perfectly, eliminating the need for 2 or more products (makeup remover, cleanser, toner...). simplicity is best for my skin because more products just means more potentially breakout-causing ingredients. i re-learned this the hard way recently when i was alternating 2 cleansers, a scrub, and a toner and my skin became very angry as a result.

these ones by dove are the best that ive found. they produce a thick lather that easily takes off all of my makeup and leaves no residue. and they leave my skin feeling clean and soft.

prior to these i had used olay hydrating cloths which worked fine, but still sometimes left me a little tight-feeling and didnt seem to have as much formula in each cloth, so it would take me about 2 of those to remove makeup vs. just one of these by dove.

i highly recommend these as a gentle, effective makeup remover/cleanser!

I have combo, acne-prone skin. These are great for when you are tired but need to exfoliate your skin because of breakouts or too much makeup. They lather well and are large enough to go over your face twice, and are not too rough-textured. Just make sure you rinse well, since there will be a lot of lather on your face.
